This includes, but is not limited to, the the sayings, sayings with old IT geek logo, backStories on sayings, writings, summaries, postings, articles, ideas, examples, samples, proprietary data, artwork, trademarks, old IT geek logos and related images, and any original content contained in the various services.  The Services include any old IT geek propriety methods, approaches, platforms, software, scoring models, etc. used to deliver the content, such as apps or e-books.

What can You do with the Content and Services?
The old IT geek Content and Services may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use is strictly prohibited without the express, written permission and license from broad Thinking, LLC. You may not alter content in any way, even for personal use, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary or ownership notices.

Who owns the Content and Services?
The old IT geek Content and Services are exclusively owned by broad Thinking, LLC. Other than the right to use for your own personal consumption, no other rights are granted via this Agreement.

What are You granting to old IT geek and broad Thinking, LLC?
In consideration for using the site and its Content and Services, You grant old IT geek and broad Thinking, LLC the right to use and analyze the non-personally identifying tracking data for standard analytics and general site behavior to help provide better tools, content, and services. Such data and information may be further aggregated and included in Content and Services sold by old IT geek and/or broad Thinking, LLC. This includes the right to use standard technology for these purposes, such as cookies and other common technology.

Furthermore, You indemnify and hold old IT geek, broad Thinking, LLC, and its owners harmless from any liability, loss, expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees), or claims arising from any and all use and/or consumption of the old IT geek Content and Services.

Miscellaneous Terms
By using the old IT geek website, You understand and agree to the privacy disclosure
If any parts of this agreement are considered 'null and void' or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining agreement remains in full force
The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware
